3. Candidate-Specific Terms

Authorization to Submit: You understand that we will not submit your profile to any client without your explicit authorization for a specific role.
Credential Verification: You consent to verification of your licenses, certifications, education, and employment history.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or any specific outcome from using our services.
4. Client/Employer-Specific Terms
Talent Requests: All requests for talent are subject to our review and acceptance.
Credentialing: Client agrees to cooperate with credentialing and compliance verification processes.
Fee Obligations: Placement fees are governed by separate Service Agreements. Terms of Use do not supersede executed contracts.
Independent Contractor Relationship: Healthcare professionals placed by Serene are not employees of Serene Healthcare Talent unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
5. Healthcare IT & Professional Services
For specialized placements including but not limited to Healthcare IT, Clinical Systems, and Leadership roles:
- Candidates are responsible for maintaining their own certifications
- Clients are responsible for providing appropriate work environments
- Specific project deliverables (if any) must be documented in separate Statements of Work
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website – including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software – is the property of Serene Healthcare Talent or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
Our Website may link to external sites (job boards, credentialing services, etc.). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or practices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
